Axial piston pump common faults and troubleshooting methods

As we manufacture all kinds of hydraulic pump, pump parts, piston assy, main valve, relief valve, regulators, bearing and so on.
Today we interview our engineer colleague to explain to you the causes as following:
Malfunction | Causes | elimination method |
Insufficient oil supply to pressure oil | 1. The leakage and external leakage of the hydraulic pump are serious. 2, hydraulic oil viscosity is too large 3. The motor speed has not reached the rated speed. 4, the oil filter is blocked, the hydraulic oil is not clean | 1. Check the hydraulic pump to manage the internal and external leakage 2, replace the qualified hydraulic oil 3, the motor speed reaches the rated speed 4. Clean the filter core or replace the filter core, clean the fuel tank, and replace the qualified hydraulic oil. |

Hydraulic pump noise phenomenon | 1. Hydraulic pump heating issue |
1. Hydraulic pump manufacturing accuracy is poor 2, the oil is not clean, the oil pan, the plunger, the variable head wear and pull, the rotary resistance increases 3, the fuel tank volume is small, poor heat dissipation |
1, replace the qualified hydraulic pump 2. Replace qualified hydraulic oil and filter element, repair hydraulic pump or replace worn parts 3. Increase the volume of the fuel tank and improve the heat dissipation conditions. |
Hydraulic pump does not produce oil |
1. Motor steering and hydraulic pump steering are not correct 2. The fuel tank suction surface is too low 3. The cylinder compression spring is broken, and the cylinder body and the oil distribution plate are separated from each other. |
1. Correct the motor steering 2. The fuel tank is increased in hydraulic oil to reach the height of the oil standard. 3, replace the compression spring |
Variable mechanism invariant |
