Example 1: Difficult start of a diesel engine

Symptom description:

-The start-up time is too long, and the rail pressure establishment process is too slow. Check the oil circuit and find that the oil pipe of the low-pressure oil circuit is too thin. All low-pressure oil pipes are started smoothly after being replaced and deflated.

Example 2: Difficult start of a diesel engine

Symptom description:

-The car has difficulty starting before leaving the factory. After parking for a while, starting is difficult. The starting effect is good after pumping oil with the hand pressure pump, but after the flame is turned off, after a period of time, it cannot be started at once.

-Suspected a low pressure oil circuit.

-Remove the oil inlet pipe and find that there is a paper strip at the nozzle to block it. Consider that the oil inlet may be poor due to this reason. After opening the fuel tank, it was found that there was no filter under the oil inlet pipe, so that impurities entered the oil pipe.

-Clean the fuel tank and filter, check the oil return pipe, find that there are air bubbles in the oil return pipe, tighten the connections of the oil return pipe, exhaust, and the engine returns to normal.

Tip: The oil return pipe should be inserted below the fuel level, and the oil return pipe should be higher than the oil inlet pipe.
