1. Installation method of piston seal
1. Install the U-shaped sealing ring in the overall groove as follows:
Step 1: Prepare a pivot with a handle, its diameter should be the same as the diameter of the piston rod.
Step 2: In order to make the sealing ring easy to install on the piston rod, please apply lubricant.
Step 3: Press the seal ring with your thumb and load the pivot into the hole.
Step 4: While turning the handle, press down.
2. Install the nitrile rubber U-shaped sealing ring in the integral groove:
Insert one side of the seal into the groove and pull the other side of the seal to easily fit it into the groove.

2. Installation method of piston rod seal
1. Install the polyurethane U-shaped sealing ring in the overall groove:
Step 1: When using the retaining ring together, first install the retaining ring into the assembly groove.
Step 2: Please prepare a special plunger and push rod, the size of which corresponds to the diameter of the sealing ring. In order not to damage the sealing ring, the material must be made of soft resin, and the upper part of the plunger should be made into a smooth shape that is easy to slide into the sealing part, and then the maintenance personnel install the sealing ring by hand.
Step 3: Use a special push rod to press the top end of the sealing ring in, and only a "click" sound is heard, and the sealing ring can be easily installed into the assembly groove.
Tip: The process shown in the photo should be completed as quickly as possible to prevent permanent deformation of the seal ring. Be careful not to stop or interrupt the operation in the middle.
2. Install the nitrile rubber U-shaped sealing ring in the overall groove:
Step 1: Use your fingers to carefully turn the seal into a heart shape. Be careful not to scratch the seal, and the speed must be fast to prevent permanent deformation of the sealing ring.

3. Installation method of installing the combined seal in the overall groove:

Step 3: Install the slip ring into one side of the assembly groove and press it in with a push rod.

U-shaped seal or U ring:
When installing the U-shaped seal or U ring from the root, it can be easily installed without special tools. When installing the U-shaped seal or U ring from the lip, care must be taken to prevent the lip of the seal or U ring from being easily scratched by the top of the assembly groove.
