The bucket and the breaker work alternately. During the replacement process, since the hydraulic line is easily contaminated, it should be disassembled and installed as follows.

1. Move the excavator to a flat, mud-free, dusty, and sundries site, turn off the engine, and release the pressure in the hydraulic lines and the gas in the tank.

2. Rotate the shut-off valve at the end of the boom to 90 degrees to the off position to prevent hydraulic oil from flowing out.

3. Loosen the hose plug on the boom of the breaker and then connect a small amount of hydraulic oil out into a container.

4. To prevent dirt and dust from entering the oil pipeline, plug the hose with a plug and plug the pipeline with internal thread plug. To prevent dust pollution, the high-pressure pipe and the low-pressure pipe should be tied with iron wire.

——Hose plugs When equipped for bucket operations, the plugs are used to prevent dirt and dust from the hammer from entering the hose.

——Internal thread plug The internal thread plug is used to prevent mud or dust attached to the equipment main unit from entering the oil pipe.

5. If you want to disassemble the broken hammer, first remove the pin connecting the stick; store the broken hammer outside, put it on the sleeper and cover it with a thin cloth.

6, the breaker is not used for a long time, please keep the following methods:

1 Clean the outside of the breaker;

2 After removing the steel brazing from the casing, apply anti-corrosion oil;

3 Before the piston is pushed to the nitrogen chamber, the nitrogen in the nitrogen chamber must be sent out;

4 When reassembling, the parts on the breaker should be lubricated before assembly.

7. If a breaker is to be installed, the process is reversed from the previously mentioned disassembly sequence. If the bucket is used, it is easy to contaminate the end of the hose and the pipe, and the contaminated part should be cleaned immediately (please use hydraulic oil or diesel to clean it).

The number in the hammer model may indicate the weight or bucket capacity of the excavator, and may also indicate the weight of the hammer, or the diameter of the drill rod, or the impact energy of the hammer. In most cases, the number does not correspond to the meaning it represents, and is often a range of quantities. And sometimes the parameters of the hydraulic hammer have changed, but the model remains the same, which makes the meaning of the model number more blurred. What's more, the data is inconsistent with the actual data, and users should pay more attention.
