The assembly of the bolt assembly

1. Clean and dry the bolts.

2. Place the through nut on the upper end of the cylinder.

3. Pass the through bolts from top to bottom into the bolt holes. Screw in the semicircular nut. Note that the bolt should be flush with the lower end of the semicircle nut.

4. Apply glue to the hex nut of the bolt.

5. Level the breaker and tighten it with a pneumatic wrench, then use a torque wrench to detect it.

 Through bolt inspection

Note: The gas pressure in the upper body should be completely released before loosening the through bolt. Otherwise, when the through bolt is removed, the upper body will eject and cause serious consequences.

1) The nitrogen in the upper body should be completely removed (N2) before loosening the through bolts.

2) After removing all the through bolts, check them for cracks and damage.

3) When attaching the through bolts, tighten the bolts in the diagonal direction, and do not tighten a bolt in place.

4) A torque wrench of the specified range should be used.
